$BREAK token

An access key, not an investment

Breaker is a subscription product. $BREAK is a planned second way to pay for it — one that unlocks higher tiers, higher limits, and the more expensive rule types. That is the entire design brief, and we are not going to dress it up as anything larger.

$BREAK is not live

$BREAK is not live. There is no presale, no allocation, no public sale, and no launch date. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or security.

This page describes what the token is intended to do if and when it ships. You do not need it to use Breaker, and you never will.

01 — Utility

What it would actually be for

Access and fees. Nothing else. Each of these is a thing you can buy with ordinary money too — the token is the alternative rail, not a separate product.

Access tiers

Unlock a paid tier by holding or spending the token instead of paying in fiat. Same product, another way to pay for it.

Higher limits

Higher ceilings on connected agents, evaluated orders, and monitored accounts than the tier you would otherwise sit in.

Advanced rule types

The more expensive rules to run — multi-account exposure, custom composite conditions, longer-horizon drawdown tracking.

Priority routing

Priority approval routing and higher rate limits when a lot of orders are arriving at once.

Fees at a discount

Pay service fees in the token at a discount to the fiat price. That discount is the entire economic point of it.

How this is paid for, stated plainly

Breaker makes money by charging a subscription for a risk service. That subscription revenue is what funds the engineering, the infrastructure, and the support behind the tiers — which is what gives $BREAK something real to unlock.

To be explicit about what that sentence does not mean: holding the token does not entitle you to any part of that revenue, any profit, any distribution, or any return. It buys access and pays fees. That is the whole relationship.

02 — Tiers

The free tier is a real product

A safety tool that withholds the safety until you pay is not a safety tool. The core gate, the kill switch, and the rules that stop the worst outcomes are free and stay free. Paid tiers add portfolio-level analysis and scale.

Free

The gate, in full

  • Every order checked before it can reach the market
  • Kill switch and instant revocation
  • Position size cap, daily loss limit, asset allowlist, minimum order size
  • Hold approvals with real-time notifications
  • Append-only record of every proposal and verdict
  • One connected agent, one account

Pro

Most rules

Portfolio-level rules

  • Everything in Free
  • Concentration caps and total crypto exposure ceilings
  • Drawdown circuit breaker against your high-water mark
  • Trade-rate limits and cooldowns after consecutive losses
  • No-trade windows, reduce-only mode, limit-price sanity checks
  • Several agents, higher approval throughput

Desk

Many agents, many accounts

  • Everything in Pro
  • Multiple accounts evaluated against shared exposure limits
  • Custom composite rules and longer-horizon risk tracking
  • Priority approval routing and the highest rate limits
  • Exportable, fingerprinted track record
  • Direct support channel

Tier names, contents, and prices are not final and will change before launch. No price has been announced, in fiat or in $BREAK. Every paid tier will be payable in ordinary money — the token is optional at every level.

03 — Where it would live

Planned for Robinhood Chain

Robinhood Chain is a permissionless Ethereum L2 that launched on July 1, 2026. Deploying there is a thematic choice more than a technical one: Breaker exists to guard Robinhood accounts, so its access token belongs on Robinhoods chain.

Network

Robinhood Chain

Permissionless Ethereum L2, live since July 1, 2026.

Chain ID

4663

No contract address exists yet. Anything claiming to be this token today is not ours.

Status

Not deployed

Planned, not scheduled. Deployment plans can change, and no date is being promised.

04 — Guardrails

What $BREAK is not

Most token pages hide this part in a footer. It is the most load-bearing section on the page, so it gets the same weight as everything else.

Read this list as written

  • Not a share of trading profits, fees, or revenue.
  • Not a dividend, distribution, yield, staking reward, or passive income of any kind.
  • Not an investment, and not offered with any expectation of financial return.
  • Not a claim on the company, its assets, its earnings, or its future.
  • Not required to use the product — every paid tier is payable in ordinary money.
  • Not live. No presale, no allocation, no public sale, no launch date, no price.
  • Not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or security.

We will not discuss price, market capitalisation, listings, or returns on this site, and no one speaking for Breaker will either. If you see that somewhere, it did not come from us.

You never need $BREAK to be safe

The gate, the kill switch, and the rules that keep an agent from wrecking an account are free, and the token has no bearing on whether an order is allowed, held, or blocked. Verdicts are arithmetic on your rules. Nothing about your balance in any token enters that calculation.

The product is the point

The product comes first. If the token ever ships, it will be an easier way to pay for a thing you already decided was worth paying for — not the reason to use the gate.

$BREAK is not live. There is no presale, no allocation, no public sale, and no launch date. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or security.

Breaker is pre-launch software. Features described on this site are planned and may change before release.
