Terms, privacy, and the fine print in plain language
One page, four sections, no wall of capital letters. Everything below is written to be read by the person it applies to.

A summary, not a substitute
This is not legal advice, and it is a plain-language summary rather than a substitute for the final agreements published at launch. Where this page and those agreements ever disagree, the published agreements govern.
Breaker is pre-launch software. Features described on this site are planned and may change before release. Today this domain is a pre-launch marketing site: there is no product to log into, no account to create, and no service being provided to you yet.
01 — Terms of use
Using this site, and later, the service
These terms cover your use of this website today and, once it exists, the Breaker service operated by Breaker Labs. Using either means you accept them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may only use Breaker where doing so is lawful, and you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply where you live. Using the service will also require your own Robinhood account in good standing, which is a relationship between you and Robinhood Markets, Inc. that we are not part of.
We do not give advice
Breaker does not give financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It does not pick trades, does not manage money, and never takes custody of your funds.
Nothing on this site or in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Breaker evaluates orders that your own AI agent proposes against limits that you configure. It has no opinion about whether those orders are good ideas.
Your trades are your responsibility
You are responsible for every trade placed in your account, including trades placed by an AI agent you have authorized. Robinhood does not supervise third-party agents.
Authorising an AI agent to trade for you does not transfer that responsibility to us, to the agent, or to anyone else. You choose the agent, you fund the account, and you set the limits.
What the service is, and what it is not
Breaker enforces limits that you set yourself. It is a risk-control tool: it can reduce the damage of a bad decision, but it cannot eliminate risk and cannot guarantee against losses.
Breaker is not a broker, not a dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a custodian. It never holds your funds. It forwards, holds, or refuses orders, and that is the entire scope of what it does.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the gate; not to use Breaker to violate any law, regulation, or the terms of any broker or exchange; not to attempt to manipulate a market; not to probe, overload, or attack the service outside of the responsible disclosure process; and not to resell or sublicense access without our written agreement. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
No warranty
The site and the service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Because the gate fails closed, an outage on our side can mean your agent is unable to place orders until it is resolved; that behaviour is intentional and is not a defect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breaker Labs is not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed trades, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or the service. We do not control market conditions, your agent, or the systems of any third party, including Robinhood. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will call out material changes rather than quietly editing them in. Continuing to use the site or the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Third parties
Robinhood is a trademark of Robinhood Markets, Inc.. Breaker is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supervised by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
02 — Privacy
What we collect, which right now is nothing
The honest state of this site: it is a static marketing page. There is no account system, no login, and no backend collecting information about you.
Contact
This marketing site does not collect email addresses or run a waitlist. If you write to us at hello@breaker.trade, we will use that address only to reply.
Cookies and tracking
This marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not use cross-site tracking. If that ever changes, this section changes with it, before the change ships.
What the product would handle at launch
Operating the gate requires processing the orders your agent proposes, the verdict each order received, the account snapshot used to evaluate it, and the actions you take (approvals, rejections, rule changes, kill switch pulls). It also requires holding a scoped Robinhood access token, encrypted at rest.
Breaker does not receive or store your Robinhood password, and it does not read your agent’s prompts, transcripts, or reasoning. The security page describes the full data-handling model.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. Operating a service requires infrastructure providers, and any provider that handles data on our behalf is bound to use it only to provide that service to us.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time and for any reason. Email hello@breaker.trade. If we do not hold anything about you, we will say so.
03 — Disclaimers
The six statements we repeat everywhere
These appear in the footer of every page for a reason. They are reproduced here in full so there is one place to read them without hunting.
Affiliation
Robinhood is a trademark of Robinhood Markets, Inc.. Breaker is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supervised by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
No advice
Breaker does not give financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It does not pick trades, does not manage money, and never takes custody of your funds.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for every trade placed in your account, including trades placed by an AI agent you have authorized. Robinhood does not supervise third-party agents.
Risk control only
Breaker enforces limits that you set yourself. It is a risk-control tool: it can reduce the damage of a bad decision, but it cannot eliminate risk and cannot guarantee against losses.
Pre-launch
Breaker is pre-launch software. Features described on this site are planned and may change before release.
Token
$BREAK is not live. There is no presale, no allocation, no public sale, and no launch date. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or security.
04 — $BREAK notice
The token notice, without the hedging
$BREAK is not live. There is no presale, no allocation, no public sale, and no launch date. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or security.
What it is intended to be
$BREAK is planned as an access and fee utility for a paid software subscription. Its intended purpose is to unlock higher tiers, higher limits, and advanced rule types, and to pay service fees at a discount. Subscription revenue from the service is what funds and backs that utility.
What it is expressly not
It is not a share of trading profits, fees, or revenue; not a dividend, distribution, yield, staking reward, or passive income; not an investment; not a claim on Breaker Labs, its assets, or its earnings; and it is not offered with any expectation of financial return. No price, market capitalisation, listing, or return is described anywhere on this site.
It is not required
You do not need $BREAK to use Breaker. Every tier, including every paid tier, is usable and payable without it, and the token has no effect on whether an order is allowed, held, or blocked.
No offer, no date, no allocation
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any token or security. There is no presale, no allocation, no public sale, and no launch date. If the token is issued, it may not be made available in every jurisdiction, and any future terms will be published before issuance.
Deployment is planned for Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), and no contract address exists yet. Anything presenting itself as this token today did not come from us.
Something here unclear or wrong?
We would rather fix confusing wording than defend it. Write to us, and if you found a security issue specifically, use the disclosure address on the security page.
